Volvoreta box, crystallized edible flowers

These crystallized edible flowers are 100% hand made, endowing it with an extreme delicacy. The most perfect flowers are selected (mini pansies, rose petals, mint buds …) and after a bath of egg white with flavouring, very fine sugar is sprinkled on top. After a process of heat so that the flavours in the flower are impregnated, they are introduced in boxes that wrap and protect the product. Boxes that give a beautiful look and make the edible flowers shine.
