Mimulus flower belongs to Phrymaceae family. This flower is generally known by other names such as monkeyflower (because of its shape and Latin denomination) or Bach flower. This is a medium-sized, bell-shaped flower. The attractive of this edible flower isn’t just its flashy colours but its silky and velvet-like touch. Besides, it emits a captivating scent and in the mouth, it is fleshy and tasty. Its taste is similar to broad beans, without being so intense, just a bit bitter.
