Pairing

This edible flower is the perfect ingredient to provide brightness to your recipes because of its intense colours. Because of its taste, we can combine it with any kind of food: meat, seafood, chocolate, vegetables… Besides, we can use this flower just to decorate or integrated with other aliments because of its texture.

Use instructions

To use Mimulus in the kitchen, the first thing is to wash it because despite the selection we make in our workshop, some insects may remain in the flower. Besides, by washing it, we eliminate dust or other natural components.
