Let the flowers surprise you with their magic! The Flower infusion is the result of the combination of 3 species of edible flowers (Mini rose petals, Pansies(viola), Calendula or Marigold ). A set of dehydrated 100% natural flowers. In addition, it contains a slice of organic lemon that not only adds a different touch to the infusion but also is the ingredient responsible for making the Flower Infusion magical.

  • How to use it: infuse the content for 4-5 minutes and add the lemon.
  • Ways of use: infusions mainly, but also to add colour in cocktails, sauces…
  • Contents: Calendula/Marigold petals, mini pansy and mini rose petals.
  • Flower Infusion is sold in transparent bags, which contain 2 gr.
  • Minimum order of 10 transparent bags, since the shipment is designed for minimum weight.

Flower Infusion

The Flower infusion is the result of the combination of 3 species of edible flowers (Mini rose petals, Pansies(viola), Calendula or Marigold ). A set of dehydrated 100% natural flowers. In addition, it contains a slice of organic lemon that not only adds a different touch to the infusion but also is the ingredient responsible for making the Flower Infusion magical.

This infusion made from flowers has something special, it contains magic. In order to unleash these magical powers, it is necessary to infuse the edible flowers first for 4 or 5 minutes. Our infusion will acquire a turquoise colour that will turn to pink when the lemon slice is included in the Flower Infusion is added.

Its flavour is similar to that of green tea with acid notes, due to the presence of lemon.

Uses in the kitchen of the Flower Infusion

An advantage offered by the Flower Infusion is that not only can it be consumed as a tea, but we can also give it culinary uses. For example, it can be added to the broth of scallop and by adding a few drops of lemon we will achieve the visual effect of changing colour without removing the prominence of other flavours.
