Easy edible flower’s recipes to decorate and enjoy.

Flower mashmallows lollies

You will need:

  • Mashmallows
  • Edible flowers
  • Sugar
  • Water
  • Paint Brush (Food only)
  • Lolly Stick



  • Fill a saucepan with equal parts of sugar and water a let it boild, to get a syrup.
  • Put a stick in the mashmallows and paint the front of every mashmallow with the syrup

  • Stick an edible flower where you painted the mashmallow and paint again on top of the flower that is stuck to the marshmallow
  • Sprinkle some sugar on top of the painted flower.
  • Let it dry and they are ready for your party!



Flowery chocolate bar

You will need:

  • Chocolate (your favorite one will be perfect)
  • Bol
  • Edible flowers
  • Spoon to stir
  • Tray
  • Oven paper



  1. Cut the chocolate in pieces and put it in the bol to melt it in the microwave or in the fire (the bol on top of a saucepan with boiling water, never put the chocolate directly in the fire)
  2. Once it’s melted spread it in the oven paper, on top of the tray.
  3. Before it starts cooling down, sprinkle the edible flowers over the chocolate. You can also add coloured sprinkles, small sugar decoration or combine layers of different colour chocolates to make your own recipe. Be creative!
  4. After a while, before it gets hard compleatly, you will be able to cut it with a knife to make a stragther cut. Time of cooling depends in the thick your chocolate bar is 10-20 min aprox.
  5. Place them in a decorative plate or in a transparent bag with a bow. This chocolate pieces can be a very nice and yummy gift.
